Documentation History
How public documentation moved from the first beta release to the Platform V3 Freeze edition.
English localization is preserved as a draft. It uses the same claim IDs and status model as the Russian source, but remains noindex until editorial review.
The Platform V3 edition aligns Home, Labs, Dashboard and public documentation around one idea: the same facts must retain the same meaning in every environment.
Russian remains the primary edition. English remains a non-indexed draft until a separate editorial review.

Rule For Future Changes
A new public statement must update its page, claim reference, manifest, FAQ or query map when they use the same fact. Documentation must not present implementation, tests or an operating legacy service as runtime authority for the new line.
